Employee Wellbeing

In addition to health and safety compliance, more companies are now focusing on promoting staff wellbeing as a means of reducing absence and boosting producutivity.  Organisations are recognising that systems and processes that maintain staff motovation pay dividends.  There are considerable advantages in having effective employee engagement and employee wellbeing systems and processes in place in the pursuit of business excellence.

Using the Excellence Through People process will help and support an organisation to:

  • Manage its responsibility for health, safety and wellbeing;
  • Inform itself on legislative conformance;
  • Understand the importance of equality in the workplace;
  • Achieve employee feedback;
  • Produce effective policies on equal opportunities, employee wellbeing and people with disabilities;
  • Highlight the links between employee wellbeing, equality and the business impact;
  • Promote positive attitudes towords people with disibilities.
